dizzarn… formatting is difficult… perhaps I need some pointers… eh? the irony of doing web design and having difficulty expressing it in web design is almost stabbing me in the back right now.

Thanks so much for asking! And really, I have no problem with people using my images (you’ll note I usually don’t watermark or even copyright things… I’m pretty open to stuff). Just don’t claim you made them, and it’s usually not ethically nice to make a ton of money off them without asking me.

I guess that the other thing that goes without saying normally is that I really only like to know where my stuff is being used. That’s why I appreciate it. And it helps me network with people (ie. “Let’s be Friends! *and there were many hugs*”).

Lord do I sound naive… but really, I’m just too lazy and tired to care about all the junk people throw at IP. For me, I just want people to keep their act together. It’s healthier when things are legit and simple without a lot of stress.

Okay, I’ll stop tirading all over the inter-web

Thanks for the info! I’m already aware of OC now, but I sure don’t have that much time to goof off with people on it. And I sorta have yet to find someone else who’d really enjoy OC’ing with me for now. I’m just trying to get more styles down and get a better grip on art as well. Thanks a lot for the info, and good luck in researching collaborative art software.

-hey, I know that this is an older entry of yours (as in not current) but since you might be interested in paint chatting with others I’m wondering if you know about the freeware program Open Canvas ver1.1 that allows you to network and draw with other people online- the only stipulations are that you’d have to give your IP address to others so that you could connect to form the network, but for drawing with friends on a closed connection- this should work out nicely.

if you Google this, then you’ll see what I’m talking about- actually, I could just give you a link after I dig around in my del.icio.us account for a bit (that is, if you are interested in trying this out/looking into using OC1.1…)

-by the way, I just found you a few minutes ago (from posting this comment) since I decided to pop “paint chat” into Google- this entry was at the top of the results displayed~
